Shima Plus 1 Hair Salon

The concept for Shima Plus 1 was simple: strip the room down, and reduce all hues to white. Much attention was paid to the lighting to ensure that hair and skin tones would look their fullest. In doing this, the people become the life and color of the space.

Shima Plus 1 Hair Salon was designed Ross McBride, with assistance from Haruko Masuda.
